Then, try Sincere Garden, which offers several choices to cheer you up. In a petite glass enclosed room on the first floor (street level), you can get quick reflexology or head and shoulder massages. This is popular among office ladies working nearby during their lunch time or after-work.
The Garden Café on the second floor offers fresh organic meals to nurture your body. Garden salad, Tofu truffle, vegetable pudding, Japanese salad with tofu, natto, and avocado… all menus are delicious and good for your health.
If you have more time, make a reservation at the Garden Spa on basement. You can get oriental treatments at this cavern-like cozy spa. Their services include facials, body treatments, eyelash extensions, body alignments, etc. The best choice will be the “oriental herb steam”. At the initial consultation, an appropriate oriental herb blend is formulated based on the Chinese five elements philosophy. For example, a blend of yomogi, chrysanthemum, jasmine, chamomile, etc will be formulated for Wood-type. Then, you just lie down on the special table with a hole where you will receive steam from underneath. Active ingredients in the form of steam will continuously be sent to just below your buttock. So, you just relax, read a book, or watch video while sipping specially blended tea for about one hour.
You start to feel the entire body warm up and perspirate, yet the sweat is not sticky, but smooth, just like after you were in an infrared sauna. This treatment is known as an excellent detoxifying and beautifying treatment. You can also add this oriental herb steam to any other treatments.
